Traditionally, it was a machined product, but by switching to the MIM (Metal Injection Molding) manufacturing process, mass production efficiency has improved and lead times have been reduced. Additionally, we have achieved cost reductions by reducing the material weight by nearly 90g. 【Castem's MIM Process】 The "Metal Injection Molding" process is a manufacturing method that creates metal parts of the desired shape by mixing powdered metal with a binder and injecting it into a mold. With a density of over 95% and pores taking on a round, independent shape, it exhibits excellent mechanical strength.
